Our postage is $10 for standard and $15 for express. We offer FREE postage on all orders over $120.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or differences in personal opinions. If your product is faulty (e.g. sprayer not working, broken bottle etc.) please contact us and out customer service team will assess your enquiry. Faulty products will undergo and inspection by our team and you will be contacted within 3-5 business days advising you of the outcome. If your product is deemed faulty, it will be replaced.
